For God to choose me as a missionary is still amazing to me. Growing up I never wanted to be away from home. I never even slept over at friend’s houses and would fake illness to come back to the safety of my house. I was incredibly shy, was the fussiest of eaters and worst at pronunciation in my foreign language class. I guess the Lord wanted to show He chooses as He wills and sees not as man sees. Over the last ten years my wife Mary and I have had the opportunity to touch thousands of lives. We have seen the Lord Jesus display His grace in bringing salvation, changing lives and healing many. Robert was saved at age 11 at a Vicki Jameson Healing service in Massachusettes after being touched by the Lord and being healed of a leg problem. He graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Oklahoma, USA in 1989.

After graduation he served the Lord in a local church primarily overseeing and teaching Youth and Children's Ministry. He also traveled and preached the Word of God in other churches within the States before coming to Botswana.
In 1996 Robert and his wife Mary left Church Of The Harvest in Fitchburg Massachusettes to serve the Lord in Botswana, Africa.
